In a beautiful bright and sunny East Rutherford, New Jersey, the New York Jets lost their 11th game of the 2018 NFL season, losing to the Green Bay Packers 44-38.
In the main a large portion of the Jets overwhelmed early, dashing out to a 14-0 lead on a couple of excellent long touchdown drives driven by an intensely hot Sam Darnold.
In the second from last quarter the Green Bay Packers made history the ball first and Aaron Rodgers drove them straight down the field for a field goal, the Packers' fourth straight drive finishing in a score, to make it a 21-20 lead for the Jets. Now the Jets resistance essentially had no responses for the Packers offense, as the Packers over and again went on long scoring drives and Aaron Rodgers ruled the Jets auxiliary.
Exactly when it resembled the Packers may assume responsibility for the amusement, the Jets returned thundering. First Sam Darnold drove the Jets on a long scoring drive coming full circle in a touchdown go to Chris Herndon.
